Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) has been using the Templar application for the past five years. The support persons at CI were exceptional in their handling of our problems. Since this was during a time of transition from Harbinger to CI, it was imperative that we had continued support of the Templar application by knowledgeable, reliable persons. We were very relieved to find that CI was able to meet all of our needs. Our Sales Representative was and still is very responsive to our issues and concerns, he stayed involved until our problems were resolved and then followed-up later to ensure that were no longer having any problems. The Templar application is a very stable and reliable product. We depend on it heavily in our day-to-day use in order to process vendor and employee payments via the Internet.
