AS1 Certification

AS1 (Applicability Statement 1) is the specification standard by which vendor applications communicate EDI over the Internet using SMTP. This transport is payload neutral and can also easily be used to transport other types of data such as XML. Although the written
specification does not state this, many vendors are successfully utilizing AS1 for transfer of data types beyond EDI.

Templar 5 was awarded AS1 Certification by the Drummond Group in the Q203 group. You can find the ebusinessReady logo in the corner of every templarsoftware.com webpage.
