Once the Assessment
Phase has been completed, it's time to install T5
and get it working. The Installation Phase includes:
- Installation Support—During
your installation of T5, you will have assistance from
the
Classified Information, Inc support team. They are available
by email, phone, and instant messenger as you work through
installing and configuring T5.
- Testing—In order
to guarantee the operation of your T5 system, the Classified
Information, Inc Support Team will set up a dedicated server
through which you can communicate with a Classified Information,
Inc Trading Partner. This trading relationship will allow
you to determine any issues that you need to resolve before
deploying your solution to the trading community.
Note: as part of your installation support,
you can request an on-site engineer to install and configure
T5. Contact your Sales Executive for further information about
on-site installation costs. |
